摘要: Web2.0环境下图书馆个性化信息服务是基于用户研究的一种具有针对性的信息服务.它能使图书馆的信息服务系统得到很大的改善。但由于基于网络技术平台的用户研究方式必然涉及到用户个人信息权尤其是个人隐私权保护的问题,因而,平衡个性化信息服务与用户隐私权保护的关系,实现个性化服务与用户之间的良性互动,是当代图书馆信息服务的一项重要内容。

Abstract: The personalized information service of library under the Web2.0 environment,which will ameliorate the information service system of library,is a peculiar information service based on the consumer study.However,the consumer study based on the network cannot deal with the problems of the right of individual information,especially the right of individual privacy.Balancing the relation between the personalized information service and the right protection of individual privacy of consumers,and realizing a benign interaction between the personalized information service and the consumers,is a important matter of the information service of contemporary library.
