读者信息获取自由权保护探究——基于图书馆核心价值的思考

摘要/Abstract

摘要： ＂信息自由＂是当前国际上已达成共识的图书馆核心价值之一。图书馆读者信息获取自由权保护是图书馆事业发展和图书馆核心价值建立的需要。阐述了图书馆读者信息获取自由权与图书馆核心价值的关系以及图书馆保护读者信息获取自由权的意义,分析了现代图书馆可能侵犯读者信息获取自由权的具体表现,最后提出了在图书馆核心价值体系构建中保护读者信息获取自由权的措施。

Abstract: ＂Intellectual Freedom＇is one of the core values of library,which is the international consensus currently.The protection of readers＇free fight of information acquirement is the need of the development of library cause and the construction of library core values.This paper elaborates the relation between the readers＇free right of information acquirement and the library core values,the significance to protect the readers ＇free fight of information acquirement,analyses the behavior that may infringe the readers＇free right of information acquirement,and puts forward some measures to protect the readers＇free fight of information acquirement in the process of library core values construction.
