摘要： 图书馆事业的发展最根本的决定性因素在于图书馆员,加强公共图书馆人力资源管理,利用好人力资源,提高工作效率,是促进公共图书馆事业发展最直接有效的方法。分析了公共图书馆人力资源管理存在的问题,提出了解决问题的对策。

Abstract: Librarian is the decisive factor in the development of library.Strengthening human resources management of public library,making good use of human resources,improving work efficiency are the most direct and effective ways to promote the development of public library cause.This paper analyzes the problems of human resources management in public libraries,and gives some solutions.
