后危机时代图书馆读者知识产权风险防范机制的架构

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在＂后危机时代＂背景下,基于图书馆读者知识产权风险意识的缺失,引证知识产权案例,提出架构图书馆读者知识产权风险防范机制：培育图书馆读者知识产权保护意识以及风险的识别能力;提高图书馆读者知识产权素养;设立图书馆知识产权管理部门及版权图书馆员岗位;建立＂利益共同体＂。

关键词: 后危机时代图书馆读者知识产权风险防范机制

Abstract: In post-crisis era,based on the lack of risk awareness of intellectual property right of library readers,this paper quotes the intellectual property rights cases,and proposes the framework of risk avoiding mechanism of intellectual property right of library readers： fostering their intellectual property protection awareness,setting up particular positions for in-tellectual property protection,and establishing ＂community of common interest＂,etc.
