摘要： 目标管理的应用是图书馆员职业道德建设的有益探索。分析了图书馆员职业道德建设中存在的主要问题，探讨了如何利用目标管理有效解决这些问题。

Abstract: Application of management by objectives（MBO） is valuable in the construction of librarians＇ professional ethics. This paper analyzes the main problems in the construction of librarians＇ professional ethics, and discusses how to effectively solve these problems using MBO.
