摘要/Abstract

摘要： 弱势群体是社会成员的重要组成部分，应有平等享受社会公共服务的权利。在全面建设小康社会的今天，图书馆要关注弱势群体的知识信息需求，在开放、平等的理念指导下，积极探索为弱势群体服务的方式和方法。结合公共图书馆为弱势群体服务的实践，就公共图书馆为弱势群体服务进行探讨。

Abstract: Vulnerable groups are an important part of the social members, they should have equal rights to enjoy public services. Today, at the time of building a prosperous society, under the guidance of equality ideas, library must pay attention to the vulnerable groups＇knowledge and information needs and actively explores ways and means to serve for them. This paper discusses the public library services for vulnerable groups combining the practice of public library services.
