摘要/Abstract

摘要： 3G技术的发展为图书馆移动信息服务提供了新的平台。基于3G技术构建手机图书馆可使图书馆服务更加丰富和高效。简述了3G时代手机图书馆的发展概况,着重探讨了手机图书馆的服务。

Abstract: The development of 3G technology provides a new platform for library mobile information service.The construction of mobile phone library based on 3G technology can make library offer more profuse and efficient services.This paper summarizes the development of mobile phone library in 3G era,and emphatically diseusses mobile phone library services.
