摘要： 在调查江西11个设区市公共图书馆参考咨询服务现状的基础上,分析了制约江西设区市公共图书馆参考咨询服务发展的因素,提出网络环境下公共图书馆开展参考咨询服务工作的对策。

Abstract: Based on the survey of the current situation of reference consultation of 11 municipal public libraries in Jiangxi province,this paper analyzes the factors which restrict the development of reference consultation service in Jiangxi municipal public libraries,and puts forward the countermeasures for public library to carry out the reference consultation work under the network environment.
