摘要： 昌北高校图书馆联盟打破壁垒,实现资源共享,是江西图书馆服务模式的创新。分析了联盟扩容、章程、技术、平台、支持、传递、资源建设等方面的探索与实践,提出了联盟未来发展的新思路以及切实可行的建议和措施。

Abstract: Changbei Academic Library Alliance, aiming at overcoming the barriers and realizing resource sharing, is an in- novation of library service model in Jiangxi. This paper gives some new thoughts and suggestions on the future development of the consortium of libraries according to the existed issues and through analysis on its exploration and practice： expansion, regulation, technology, platform, support, transfer, resource construction.
