摘要/Abstract

摘要： 实施绩效管理可以改善图书馆的服务效果,提高工作绩效,激励馆员,增强馆员工作满意感和图书馆凝聚力。在简述图书馆绩效管理的内涵的基础上,分析公共图书馆绩效管理存在的问题,提出公共图书馆实施绩效管理的流程。

关键词: 公共图书馆绩效管理绩效评估

Abstract: Implementing performance management can improve library service effects to some extent,heighten its work performance,stimulate its staff,enhance staff sense of satisfaction,and strengthen its cohesion as well.This paper briefly narratives the connotation of the library performance management,analyzes the problems of the performance management in public library,and puts forward the performance management process in public library.
