摘要： 从经费、人力、读者、观念等四个方面分析了中小型高校图书馆开展学科服务所存在的障碍,在此基础上提出了中小型高校图书馆克服以上障碍,开展学科服务的对策。

Abstract: This paper analyses the obstacles of subject service in small and medium-sized university libraries from the following aspects,including expenditures,human resource,readers,conception,etc.Furthermore,it puts forward countermeasures to overcome these obstacles.
