摘要： 调研情报学硕士研究生就业基本情况、就业满意度以及对岗位的适应情况、竞争力及自身收益等方面内容．并在此基础上提出提高情报学硕士研究生就业竞争力的对策。

Abstract: This paper research the employment, job satisfaction and the adaptation of jobs, competitiveness and their own revenues of graduate students for a Master＇s degree of information science, on this basis, it puts forward the countermeasures to improve employment competitiveness of graduate students for a Master＇s degree of information science.
