摘要： 探讨公共图书馆建设与和谐社会构建的关系,分析公共图书馆在构建和谐社会进程中存在的不足并提出对策。

Abstract: This paper discusses the relationship between the public library development and the harmonious society con- struction, analyzes the shortcomings of public libraries in the course of building the harmonious society and proposes the countermeasures.
