摘要/Abstract

摘要： 用户需求与信息技术的发展促进了知识咨询的产生。为满足用户的知识需求，图书馆参考咨询正向知识咨询转变。阐述了知识咨询的含义，提出图书馆知识咨询服务的主要模式。

Abstract: The generation of knowledge consultation is promoted by user demands and developments of information tech- nologies. In order to meet the knowledge need of the user, library reference service is changing into knowl- edge consultation.This paper expounds the meaning of knowledge Consultation, and puts forward the main ser- vice mode of library knowledge consultation.
