摘要： 介绍数字图书馆的概念及其在国内外的发展状况。对数字图书馆推广工程的开展情况进行调研分析．提出将云计算应用到数字图书馆建设工作中的优势与必要性，探讨基于云计算的数字图书馆区域合作模式和建设方案。

Abstract: This paper introduces the concept of digital library and its development status at home and abroad, analyses the implement situation of the digital library promotion project, puts forward the advantage and necessity of apply- ing cloud computing to the construction of digital library, and discusses the cooperation mode and the construc- tion plan of regional digital library based on cloud computing.
