摘要： 通过调查问卷分析图书馆读者的阅读动机,从而提出相应的服务策略：坚持“以人为本,读者第一”的服务理念;加强图书馆馆员素质的培养;提供舒适的阅读环境;开展读者教育.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the library readers＇ motivation and psychological needs through the questionnaire, and puts f6rward the service strategy, such as the idea of people oriented, comfortable reading environment, the quality promotion of librarian and readers＇ education.
