摘要： 经费投入是保障公共图书馆免费开放服务的基础条件.分析免费开放时期我国公共图书馆经费现状,针对经费不足的问题,提出应对措施,如建立公共图书馆经费投入的法律保障机制、资金筹措机制、基于图书馆联盟的资源共享机制.

Abstract: The financial input is the basic condition for free services in public libraries. This paper analyses the status quo of funding in Chinese public libraries in free open period. According to the lack of funds, some measures are put forward, such as establishing the legal protection mechanism for the financial input of public libraries, the financing mechanism, the resource sharing mechanism based on the library consortia.
