摘要: 创新是图书馆发展的不竭动力.运用管理学中的绩效棱柱模型研究图书馆创新能力的影响因素,包括所有利益相关者的愿望、贡献以及在创新过程中所需要的创新战略、流程和执行能力,最终建立起一套面向所有利益相关者的创新能力绩效评价体系.

Abstract: Innovation is the most important for the development of the libraries. This paper explores the factors affecting libraries' innovation capability under performance prism model which include the desires and the contribution of all the stakeholders, as well as strategies, processes and execution capabilities, and establishes a stakeholder- oriented innovation capacity performance evaluation system.
