摘要： 利用SWOT方法,对高校图书馆服务地方企业进行深入分析,在分析的基础上,指出高校图书馆服务地方企业的主要策略：定期调研企业信息需求,建立与企业合作的长效服务机制；积极构建或加入区域图书馆联盟,提高资源保障与服务质量；开发利用馆藏特色资源,面向企业开展个性化特色服务；充分利用新技术,为企业用户提供便利的信息服务环境。

Abstract: This paper makes a deep analysis on the behavior of local university serving for local enterprises by using the SWOT analysis method, and proposes some main strategies of university libraries serving for local enterprises： investigating the corporate information needs regularly,building up or joining the regional library consortium to improve the resources guarantee and service quality,exploiting and using the characteristic resources,offering feature services towards enterprises, making full use of the new technology to provide a convenient information serving environment for the enterprise user.
