摘要： 在新技术环境下,文献出版模式发生了深刻的变化,对图书馆的馆藏资源建设带来影响。分析了目前的文献出版模式,提出图书馆馆藏资源建设的策略。

Abstract: In the new technology environment, profound changes have taken place in the literature publishing model, which has brought a profound impact on the construction of library collection resources. This paper analyses literature publishing models at present, brings forward the strategy of library collection resources construction.
