摘要： 党的十八届三中全会明确提出要推动公共图书馆等事业单位组建理事会。理事会是公共图书馆法人治理结构建设的核心要素。在概述深圳图书馆、温州图书馆等5家单位法人治理结构建设的基础上,对公共图书馆监事会设立、理事会构成、理事会支撑体系等进行了探讨。

Abstract: The third plenary session of the 18 th Communist Party of China（CPC） Central Committee puts forward that the construction of the system of board of trustees must be promoted in public libraries and other institutions,Which is the core elements of corporate government structure for public Libraries. This paper summarizes the construction of corporate government structure in Shenzhen Library, Futian District Library of Shenzhen, Wenzhou Library and so on, discusses some key issues, such as board of supervisors, members, decision support system and so on.
