摘要/Abstract

摘要： 以2004-2014年国内有关高校图书馆员隐性知识共享的论文为统计对象,从图书馆员隐性知识的概念、图书馆员隐性知识共享的障碍因素、隐性知识共享的路径等方面对其内容进行分析,指出高校图书馆员隐性知识共享研究的不足。

Abstract: Taking theses of university librarians＇ tacit knowledge sharing from 2004 to 2014 as statistical objects, this paper analyses the content of university librarians ＇tacit knowledge sharing theses from the concept of librarians ＇ tacit knowledge, the obstacle factor of librarians＇ tacit knowledge sharing, the path of the tacit knowledge sharing,and points out the shortage of the research on university librarians ＇tacit knowledge sharing.
