摘要/Abstract

摘要：

江西公共图书馆法人治理结构改革试点工作的关键是组建理事会,灵魂是制度创新,改革的成功需要配套的财政、人事制度。江西公共图书馆法人治理改革在优化决策、参谋助力、咨询论证、评价反馈等方面取得了进展,但存在理事会流于形式、相关配套政策缺乏、理事的社会荣誉机制缺失等问题。

关键词: 法人治理结构, 理事会, 公共图书馆, 江西省

Abstract:

The key reform of corporate governance of public library in Jiangxi is to organize the board,the soul of the reform is institutional innovation,successful reform requires a package of financial,personnel and institutional arrangements. The reform of corporate governance of public library in Jiangxi makes progress in optimization decision,staff help,consultation and assessment,evaluation feedback,but there are some problems in the reform such as a mere formality board,the lack of relevant supporting policies,the lack of social honor mechanism.
