摘要:

“慕课”的兴起和发展为图书馆员继续教育带来了新的机遇。对国内图书馆员的继续教育培训课程进行了部分调研,回顾了当前图书馆员继续教育的主要内容、培训形式、课程特点,进而分析了网络环境下图书馆员继续教育所面临的新形势,并论述了基于“慕课”开展图书馆员继续教育的必要性和可行性,从课程目的、设计原则、合作形式、课程体系、展现方式、主讲嘉宾等方面对国内图书馆行业策划实施图书馆员继续教育“慕课”项目提出相关建议。

Abstract:

The rise and development of “MOOC” have brought new opportunities for librarians' continuing education. This paper partially investigates the continuing education courses of domestic librarians, reviews the main content, current form and characteristic of training course, analyses the new situation which is faced by librarians' continuing education under the network environment, discusses the necessity and feasibility of carrying out training, and puts forward related suggestions for librarians’ continuing education lesson from the aspect of course objective, design principle, cooperation form, course system, showing way and guest speaker.
