摘要：

针对近年来文献出版数量攀升而内容愈加专业化导致文献采访效率降低的问题,设计并实现了一种可帮助采编人员快速了解书籍基本信息的辅助软件。该软件使用JAVA语言实现,可自动从互联网中收集待采访书籍的评价信息,从而减少采编人员采访书籍的时间。实验结果显示,采编人员使用该软件可减少约7%的采访耗时,特别是专业技能书籍的采访耗时。这证明该工具可以提升采编人员的文献采访效率。

Abstract:

According to the problem that the number of documents published in recent years become more and more specialized while the efficiency of document acquisition of library reduced, the software which helps the librarian to learn about the basic information of books is designed and realized. The software which uses the JAVA language can collect the information of books automatically from the internet to reduce the working hours of the librarian. The experimental result shows that it can reduce the time spent by about 7% of the interview of books, especially in the professional books acquisition. It proves that the tool can improve the efficiency of the document acquisition.
