Abstract: Because of geographical proximity,regional university libraries have more unique advantages to realize the co-construction and sharing of information resources.This paper elaborates the necessity of the co-construction and sharing of information resources in regional universities libraries,analyses the types and characteristics of library information resources co-construction and sharing currently,and puts forward the construction and implementation measures of information resources co-construction and sharing system in regional universities libraries under network environment.
