with the development of information technology, the university library is transforming services from traditional services to mobile services. Under this background, WeChat provides a convenient, low input and high reward micro service platform for university libraries. Taking 39 medical universities as survey objects, this paper adopts the literature investigation, content analysis and case study methods, investigates the name, the authentication status, the account type, the service menu bar, the first push message time, the monthly push frequency, the recent article click, the WeChat two-dimensional code position in library official website of the medical university library WeChat public platform., analyzes some questions existing in library WeChat public platform service, and puts forward some relevant suggestions.
