Research on the Influencing Factors of Mobile Social Media Burnout Behavior: Based on WeChat YU Bo2，LI Yang3，WEN Liang-ming4,5，ZHANG Yan-yan6 Library Research    2019, 49 (6): 1-14.   DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-5197(2019)06-0001-14 Abstract （697）      PDF（pc） （3955KB）（1173）       Knowledge map    Save Exploring the influencing factors of social media burnout behavior of information users can provide corresponding theoretical and practical guidance for information service providers and social media operators, and then promote information sharing among information users.Firstly, a new model of social media burnout is constructed based on the technology acceptance model, the existing model of social media burnout and the current network environment of information overload and social overload, and the introduction of a new variable“ impression management”.Then, the relevant data are collected through questionnaires and the model is tested and revised empirically.Finally, the original model is modified based on the results of hypothesis verification.The study found that perceived ease of use, self-efficacy, information overload, and social overload all had a significant positive effect on social media burnout behavior; perceived usefulness, privacy concerns, and impression management had no significant effect on social media burnout behavior; the age as a regulating variable had no obvious moderating effect on other variables. On the basis of the characteristic of their employment relationship, recruitment channels, library operations, and salary and welfare, it analyzes the advantage and disadvantage of different modes of employment, then discusses the predicament of employing non-permanent staffs in public libraries currently, and puts forward a number of operational measures, which provides significant references for public library managers and government authorities in reforming library employment mechanisms and improving service efficiency. Accessibility Analysis of Public Library Based on GIS:Taking Nanjing City as an Example YUAN Hao,DENG Lei,LI Xiao-hu,LI Chen-xin,ZHU Tong Library Research    2020, 50 (1): 1-9.   DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-5197（2020）01-0001-09 Abstract （539）   HTML （277）    PDF（pc） （1834KB）（745）       Knowledge map    Save Based on the theory of accessibility,the Gaussian two-step mobile search method and the improved potential model are used to analyze the accessibility of Nanjing public library based on GIS spatial analysis.The public library accessibility of each street(town)under the two methods is compared comprehensively,and its spatial distribution is briefly analyzed.The results show that the accessibility levels of public libraries in various streets(towns)in Nanjing are significantly different.The high-level accessibility areas are mainly distributed in the central urban areas where the road network is developed and the public library service capacity is strong.Because the northern part of Liuhe District,the eastern part of Gaochun District and the southeastern part of Lishui District are remote and the accessibility level is poor,it is not convenient to enjoy the public library resources.The level of accessibility presents a spatial distribution pattern of the circle that gradually decreases in the central urban area.The Gaussian two-step mobile search method and the improved potential model are compared and analyzed.The Gauss two-step mobile search method can better reflect the accessibility level of public libraries in each street(town),which is more in line with the actual situation. This paper aims to investigate the characteristics usage behaviors of ESI highly cited scholars on ResearchGate. The results show that 38.66% of ESI scholar has registered with ResearchGate while and scholars from social science scholars have the biggest registering rate. ESI scholars tend to sharing public information such as projects and research materials instead of unpublished information. Meanwhile, ESI scholars tend to displaying personal information and obtaining academic information but make relatively little use of Q&A services. The spearman correlation tests show that information sharing behaviors have a strong correlation with scholars’ influence while social interaction behaviors do not.
