Abstract: As an emerging technology,cloud computing makes a profound impact on the operation and service model of the internet.The application of cloud computing in middle-small public libraries can reduce the cost of hardware and software inputs in digital library construction,ensure the reliable operation of automation management system in middle-small public libraries.This paper introduces the basic meaning and characteristics of cloud computing,and explores the application of cloud computing in middle-small public libraries.
