Abstract: Taking public libraries in central regions of China as examples,this paper analyses the localized management status of public library digital reference service,and discusses the localized management of public library digital reference service from the aspects of human resources,management mechanisms and service ways,in order to seek the rationality of digital reference service management localization development.
