Abstract: In the circumstance of the sharp increase of electronic and paper resource in university library,readers training is the effective way to improve readers＇ ability of using information.During this procedure,the identification of readers＇ demands is the precondition,the selection of training content is the core point,organization of training is the key while training evaluation is the main point.
