基于知识管理的图书馆知识创新平台的构建

Abstract

Abstract: This paper defines the connotation of library knowledge management and knowledge innovation,analyzes the feasibility of the construction of library knowledge innovation platform in terms of manpower,skills,knowledge,information,systems,environment aspects,constructs library knowledge innovation platform which contains power systems,support systems and operation systems,in order to provide the new ideas and methods for the innovation of knowledge collaboration of library with external knowledge entities.
