Abstract: This paper presents a detailed discussion of the properties,development and applications in libraries of the electronic paper books,and proposes development strategies of libraries.This paper indicates that libraries should seize this opportunity of the appearance of the electronic paper books which is a new reading mode,emancipate mind,change concepts,actively explore new ways to spread electronic paper books in libraries,expand and improve services.In this way,libraries can seize the initiative in the future development.
