Abstract: Along with the incessant development of IT, the people＇s ability of acquiring information is significantly improved. Readers have increasingly higher requirements to information services, they not only need to get the clue of documents timely, but also need integrated services with the fimctions of infomation consulting, information searching and documents supplying. This paper discusses the information integrated service models fi＇om the view of library reference service in order to increase service efficiency.
