Abstract: The reform and development of higher education imposes new requirements on the literature resources construction of university library, university library should use the theory of stabihzed collection development to formulate collection development plan, unfold interlibrary cooperation,do well the acquisition and collection weeding work in order to realize the sustainable development of literature resources construction in university library.
