Abstract: In recent years, the patents applications of undergraduate universities in Jiangxi province are developing raplaly. This paper analyzes and compares the patents applications of undergraduate universities in Jiangxi province from the respects of the application trends, patents types, technology areas, patents distributions, and the legal status of patents according to the patents applications reports announced by State Intellectual Property Office of the People＇s Republic of China up to the end of 2009.
