Abstract: Librarian＇s service capability influences library service quality and level.Based on the analysis of the significance to evaluate librarian＇s knowledge service capability,this paper discusses the construction of evaluation system of librarian＇s knowledge service capability in detail from the design principles of appraisal target,the construction of evaluation model,the acquisition of appraisal target and the specific evaluation way.
