Abstract:

Maker is an important force to promote the development of maker space. The emergence of maker education brings new opportunity for service transformation of library. It is necessary and capable for college library to develop maker educationin view ofcollege students. This paper explores transition paths such as building maker space, developing maker course, reshaping the librarian’s role and innovating service model, so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of maker education.
