Abstract: With the development of social informatization and cyberization,librarian＇s information literacy has increasingly become the key factor which influences library service quality.This paper elaborates the necessity and the principles of librarian＇s information literacy education,and brings forward the ways and the methods of improving librarian＇s information literacy based on the analysis of architecture of information literacy.
