Abstract: The influence of internet is expanding, libraries should strengthen the management innovation and pay more attention to the internal rules and running modes of the management innovation. A new system for the management innovation of library should be established for the development of library. Starting from the management innovation of library, this paper explores the management innovation mechanism of library in the network environment.
