Abstract: UCDRS, which is developed by Sun Yat-Sen library of Guangdong province, is the famous brand of library digital reference service in China. This paper grasps users＇age status, cultural level and research field based on users＇ individual information, investigates the users＇ information requirements according to the questions of the collaborative digital reference service, analyses the characteristics of users＇ information requirements and the major influence factors of users＇ information requirements, and puts forward some thoughts on developing the collaborative digital reference service.
