Abstract: Happy management is a management mode which can make employees feel happy from the work.This paper elaborates the concept of hanppy management,and brings forward the measures to utilize happy management mode in library in order to cultivate and maintain librarians＇positive psychology,help librarians get happiness from work,promote the elevation of library services.
