Abstract: Librarian tacit knowledge is a valuable resource in library.Librarian tacit knowledge sharing in library will greatly enhance the core competitiveness of library.This paper expounds the meaning and specific performance of librarian tacit knowledge,analyses the obstacles of the management of librarian tacit knowledge,and puts forward the countermeasures of the management of librarian tacit knowledge.
