Abstract:

By the on-the-spot investigation of four libraries in poor counties of Hebei Province, this paper summarizes the construction situation and the present question. Based on the achievement and the work content of Digital Library Promotion Project, combining the local user culture demand and the information behavior, it proposes culture accurate poverty alleviation measures, from aspect of funds supporting, network building, new media service, resources construction, and the librarian training. It hopes to provide a feasible plan to promote the supply ability and the long-distance serviceability of digital resources in poor counties.
