The Construction of the Service Model of University Library Based on the Idea of Marketing

Abstract: With the preliminary construction of the socialist market economy system,the idea of marketing can be applied not only in businesses but also in non-profit organizations.It should be the core idea of the service model of libraries in modern time.This paper discusses how to construct the service models in university library based on the idea of marketing,and puts forward two possible misunderstandings that should be avoided in the process of construction.
