An Initial Research on On-line Training Model of the National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project

Abstract: The National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project has been constructed for six years,which has established the hierarchical training system.But for the actual training needs of the grassroots as well as the specific requirements of the project there are still some gaps.On-line training model can significantly expand training coverage,enhance the quality of training and the training effects,save the total cost while increasing the rate of per capita training and contribute to the construction of long-term training mechanism.This paper probes into the on-line training model.
