Discussion on the Internal Marketing Tactics Based on Enhancing the Core Competitiveness of Library

Abstract: On the basis of explaining the concept of internal marketing,this paper proposes the idea that the dialectical unity exists between the implementation of internal marketing strategies and the construction of the core competitiveness of library.From setting up the library culture,constructing the learning organization,establishing the bidirectional communication channel and implementing full marketing,it probes into the application of internal marketing in library management,in order to give full scope to internal marketing in the construction of the core competitiveness of library.
