Abstract: In post-crisis era,based on the lack of risk awareness of intellectual property right of library readers,this paper quotes the intellectual property rights cases,and proposes the framework of risk avoiding mechanism of intellectual property right of library readers： fostering their intellectual property protection awareness,setting up particular positions for in-tellectual property protection,and establishing ＂community of common interest＂,etc.
