Abstract: Cloud computing has brought an enormous impact on the IT field,and is currently a hot field of library.This paper in-troduces the key contents of information resources management： information access,information organization and infor-mation service.It puts forward that the information resources organization in library must meet user’s needs and is easy for users to access information,in order to provide professional and personalized information services for users based on cloud computing concept.
