Abstract: The library in higher vocational college must adhere to people-oriented,set up comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable scientific development view to promote a full scale development about the economic society and person. At the same time, building a special collection,innovating on services,and improving core competitiveness is the key to the construction of higher vocational college library.
