优化高校师生信息素养  消弭社会性数字鸿沟——论高校图书馆在消弭数字鸿沟中的作用

Abstract

Abstract: Currently,digital divide,an obstacle in the field of information development and application,has become gigantic hindrance in the process of fabricating harmonious society as well as realizing social fairness and righteousness.By reinforcing the sharing of information resources,perfecting the information literacy of university teachers and students,optimizing the service quality of library and uplifting librarians＇information literacy,university library might and should play an important role in narrowing and eradicating social-oriented digital divide.
